In some cases, I was approached by my clients to do the talk for their presentation until they become more confident to speak in front of their audience.  In many cases, I get invited to speak on my immigration journey, adjusting to life in Canada, diversity at workplace, confidence, self-care, achieving financial freedom and so on.
